At ECSource, we follow strict standardized procedures for incoming material confirmation, QC quality verification, and final packing & shipping. Every step is designed to deliver reliable electronic-component solutions for our global customers.
1. Incoming Material Confirmation Once goods arrive, our team checks contracts, warranty terms, part numbers, quantities, lot codes and country-of-origin information. We inspect packaging, label conditions and MSL rating. We take full photos for filing. Special sensitive materials get extra review. If any abnormality is found, we start return-and-exchange procedures immediately. We choose either payment-first or test-first mode, run targeted testing plans, and save all records before moving to QC confirmation.
2. QC Quality Confirmation Our QC inspection starts with product category analysis to set proper testing plans. Qualified goods can skip full testing with valid COC traceable documents. For normal lots, we select qualified labs and follow recognized industry standards: label check, CNAS, AS6081 and MIL-STD-883. We carry out 3-level tests:
Level 1: Visual appearance inspection
Level 2: Die-wafer testing including X-RAY and D-CAP
Level 3: Electrical-performance testing
All test conclusions are kept in our file system. Long-term-stock items receive regular re-checks. Failed parts trigger return and refund handling. Passed products go to the packing station.
3. Packing & Shipping Confirmation Before shipment, we decide whether extra outer packaging is needed. We print correct ECSource, customer-side and upward-mark labels. Components with MSL requirements go through vacuum-seal moisture-proof protection. We double-check outer carton condition, inner cushion protection and box-sealing quality. Photos of labels, products and full packages are taken for traceability. Delivery notes, dimension-weight data and logistics information are confirmed twice. All trade documents are stored in our file system. Every shipment is fully traceable till completion.
